At Peluva, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your footwear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

Pack Your Items

Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
